Board Contact Form
As homeowners, you have the right to communicate with the Board regarding matters pertaining to our community. Recognizing that this process should be easier for our residents, and that our Association currently does not provide a simple and secure method for communicating with board members, this form was created to facilitate effective communication.
Using the Board Member Message Form
This form allows owners of 175 East Delaware Place Homeowners Association to easily send a message to the HOA Board of Directors. Please note:
Individual board member email addresses are not provided. This form sends your message to board members. While the Board is not obligated to acknowledge receipt or respond to every message, we encourage them to engage with all homeowners who utilize this form.
Use this form responsibly. Frequent or excessive messages may be less likely to be addressed effectively. Please consider the impact of your communication on the Board’s ability to address community concerns.
Be respectful in your communication. Maintain a courteous and professional tone in all correspondence. Avoid personal attacks or accusatory language.
Consider the appropriate forum for your concerns. If you have not yet communicated your concerns to the Management Office, please do and remember that an email has more impact when you attend Board meetings.
Additional Considerations
- Provide a clear subject line: This helps the Board quickly understand the nature of your message.
- Keep your message concise and to the point.
- Reference relevant documents (if applicable): Photos, videos, copies of communication, or supporting documentation can be helpful. While you cannot directly attach files to this form, you can include links to the documents stored online. This could be a link to your Google Drive, Dropbox, or similar online storage service
- Allow reasonable time for a response: The Board may require time to investigate and discuss your concerns.
By following these guidelines, you can ensure your communication with the Board is effective and respectful, fostering a positive and productive relationship between homeowners and the governing body while also helping to ensure the Board is responsive and accountable to the needs and concerns of the community.
