ARE You Tired Of rising fees, unclear financial decisions, and stagnant property values?

Brought to you by Drew McManus, your neighbor in 7908.

It’s time for a change and I am running for the HOA board to represent you and your interests. The goals are simple: enhance property values, reduce fees, promote financial transparency, and manage assessments responsibly.

GETTING BACK ON TRACK

THE NEED FOR EFFECTIVE LEADERSHIP

While it’s essential to acknowledge the efforts of any leadership, it is equally crucial to address concerns when they arise. This process creates a culture of good decision-making, accountability, and progress that leads to higher property values and an even higher quality of life.

Under the leadership of Board President Scott Timmerman and Rules Committee Chair Melinda McMullen fees have skyrocketed and our community has witnessed the most punitive rules changes in over a decade.

Replacing Timmerman and McMullen ensures our community is led by individuals with sound judgement and high ethical standards.

While Timmerman is not facing reelection this term, it’s crucial to start change by withholding your vote for Melinda McMullen.

PUNITIVE BY DESIGN

We’re Getting Fee’d to Death

Your board representatives need to understand how fee policies impact our quality of life.

Timmerman and McMullen are responsible for our fee policies. During their time in charge, fees have surged as much as 150% and taken on a deliberately punitive nature.

They erroneously believe they can establish fee policies without prior owner notification or an official board vote. We must rectify this dangerous precedent.

GREATER CONTROL THAN BELIEVED

Reverse Falling Property Values

One of my top priorities is to enhance the value of your property.

I will champion proactive steps to eliminate the obstacles that make securing conventional loans for this building so challenging.

We have the capacity to address these problems, but the current leadership team persistently promotes choices that artificially limit our potential.

Timmerman’s leadership in this area is akin to setting our 💵🔥.

BETTER BUSINESS PRACTICES

Realign Assessments

Picture a business that never reviews its expenses and simply applies a percentage increase to the previous year’s spending for budgeting.

Would you invest in that company?

Of course not, but that’s precisely what our current board leadership practices.

It doesn’t need to be that way and voting for candidates that support established best practices is the way forward.
