The most noteworthy achievement in the last several years by our Association, one that truly enhanced our quality of life and demonstrated forward-thinking, was the Silver-IP gigabit internet project.

Are you aware that our current board leadership team forced out every single board member and owner who played a role in bringing the project from idea to completion? Since then, we’ve stumbled from one expensive misstep to the next while missing out on one opportunity after another. So it’s not surprising to see that our building is falling behind other high-rises.

I want to see all of those individuals restored to their position as board members and invite them to participate on committees. Many of them are running for a position and I’m endorsing all of them.
